The referral reward in full
Your first deposit, made within 30 days of applying the code, sets the reward. For managed portfolios or cash management: 6 months of fee waiver at S$2,000–S$4,999, 8 months at S$5,000–S$9,999, 10 months at S$10,000–S$49,999, and 12 months at S$50,000 and up. The waiver covers up to S$50,000 invested (S$100,000 at the top tier), and the money has to stay invested for the whole waiver. For brokerage: S$20, S$40, S$80, S$200 or S$450 in cash credit across the same tiers — usable only to buy US securities, not withdrawable, and you must keep the funds in for 30 days.
The reward follows the first product you fund, and it can’t be combined with other Syfe promotions. Forgot the code? You have 14 days from your first funding to add it. The programme has run since 25 Nov 2025, until further notice.
Syfe vs Endowus vs StashAway at three sizes
Platform fee a year on a cash portfolio, incl. 9% GST: S$10k — Endowus S$65, Syfe S$71, StashAway S$87. S$100k — Syfe S$600, Endowus S$654, StashAway S$736. S$500k — Syfe S$2,453, StashAway S$2,643, Endowus S$2,725. From about S$620k StashAway’s falling slices make it the cheapest. Fund and ETF costs aren’t included for any of them.
Brokerage fees in full
US: $0 commission and $0 platform fee. Sells pay the US regulators’ SEC fee and FINRA TAF, and a tiny FINRA CAT fee applies per share. Syfe says FX fees may apply when converting SGD to USD but doesn’t publish them. One older Syfe help article still describes a monthly cap on free US trades; Syfe’s pricing page says US trades are free without limit, and that’s what this page goes by.
SGX: 0.06% falling to 0.04% by tier, minimum S$1.98, plus SGX trading (0.0075%) and clearing (0.0325%) fees, all subject to GST. Shares are held through CDP in a segregated custodian account, and Syfe charges no custody fee.
